Coaching Philosophy:

First and foremost, at TRI-US we believe that living an active lifestyle is critical to a long, healthy and happy life. We feel that each individual deserves personal attention and, as a result, each training plan will be tailored to meet the specific needs of each athlete. This means that ALL factors are considered when developing a training plan, including work and family schedule, stress, goals/ambitions, etc. This way, we can assure that your training is optimized and you reach your true potential. We believe in open communication and educating each athlete about our methods. This way, we become better coaches and you become a more knowledgable athlete and, knowledge, is truly power.
We coach athlete's at all levels, from the first time triathlete to professionals. We have a true passion for triathlon and endurance sports and we want to share that passion with people around the world.

Coaching Services and Pricing

TRI-US personal coaching

Program set-up (one time fee) $ 150
•Initial consultation including status-quo, goal-setting, general planning of the season / event, strength & weakness analysis, periodization, general schedule. The set-up fee applies for all new clients as well as clients who have been inactive for 3 months or more.

Premium Triathlon Support, minimum of 16 weeks,
$160/month
• Daily training plan fit into your general schedule
• Specific training sessions based on your goals, ability, and event
• Detailed weekly feedback from coaches based on your training log and Heart Rate/Power data
• Plan is adjusted weekly to achieve optimal performance
• Training log general ledger (training peaks) is provided for you by tri-us
• Customized professional coaching to achieve maximum performance

Single sport athletes, minimum of 16 weeks, $ 120/month
• Daily training plan fit into your general schedule
• Specific training sessions based on your goals, ability, and event
• Detailed weekly feedback from coaches based on your training log and heart rate/power data
• Plan is adjusted weekly to achieve optimal performance
• Training log general ledger (training peaks) is provided for you by tri-us
• Customized professional coaching to achieve maximum performance

Basic Program--10-week program only, one-time $200
•A basic 10-week training program with limited support. Suitable for someone who just wants to complete a short-distance event for fun. Also suitable for beginners who want to complete their first event and need some guidance.

Personal on-site coaching (per hour) $ 40
• Technique sessions
• Swim stroke analysis and personal training
• General coaching advice
• Sports psychology
• Sports nutrition
• Personal training session

High Performance Special (individual pricing upon request)
• Intensive on-site coaching for high-level athletes
• Almost daily feedback and communication between coaches and athletes.
• All-inclusive porgram and support including all aspects of performance (training, coaching, nutrition, strengthening, career planning, sports psychology etc.)

Discounts
• Premium full season = $1600
• Single Sport full season = $1200
• Personal on-site coaching for current clients (50% discount) = $20
